The organisers and idloom, their data processors, process your data in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation. The information you provide via the registration form is deemed essential to organise the event you will be attending,

We will use the form data you submit to generate invoices, confirm your registration by e-mail and create your attendance badges. You may always contact Ms Laurine Biverto modify your registration details.

The data you submit may also be processed by the organisers to promote their activities, under legitimate interest, by informing you about it, to make offers from partners and sponsors connected to this event, to obtain feedback and analytics about this event, to ensure satisfactory networking by displaying your name and company on the list of attendees. However, you may object to these processing operations (in writing).

idloom will process your personal data in the European Union, or in countries outside the EU, after having secured appropriate guaranties with the data handlers. They are transferred to the country of the organisers who will keep your data after the event, until expiry of the legal retention obligations, in particular fiscal and accounting and until the end of the responsibility.

You can obtain from the organisers (data officer: Laurine BIver, tel: +32 (0)2 329 51 05 a copy of your data as available with them, as well as be able to, where and when appropriate, port your data, rectify, restrict processing and delete those details which are inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant.
